The Petition above mentioned has been filed by Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate on 28.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.10.2015 of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9985 of 2015.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 211 days.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed the copy of advertisement dated 08.08.2015 and he has given a letter of undertaking in this regard. Copy of the the letter dated 30.07.2016 has already been included in the paper books at Page No. 172.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 6628/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 15.07.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition No. 27007/2015(Main SLP is 335763384/2013) referrred to on Annexure P3 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to issue the notice. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 24.09.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Hence, the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
