UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Official Liquidator has appeared in person and has submitted that in response of the Order dated 17.02.2021, he has already filed a reply dated 02.03.2021 on 03.03.2021 and refiled the same on 10.03.2021, and he does not wish to file any further reply. A response to such affidavit of the Official Liquidator, has been filed by the petitioner on 20.03.2021, a copy of which has already been served on the Official Liquidator as well as the respondent no.3, who appears through Shri Prateek K. Chadda, Advocate.

Both of them (Official Liquidator and Respondent No.3) are granted 24 hours time to file a reply to the said response as well as the I.A. No.34426 of 2021 filed by the petitioner, after serving a copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

List the matters for further hearing as part heard on 25.03.2021.

The Official Liquidator and Respondent No.3 shall remain personally present on 25.03.2021.

The explanation of the Registry filed in response to the Order dated 17.02.2021 is accepted.
