The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 16^th June, 2016 and 6^th January, 2017 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. No. 19018 of 2016 and REV. WPM Petition No. 42242 of 2016 in W.P. No. 19018 of 2016. There is delay of 159 days against Order dated 16.06,2016. and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay and the same is registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2017. SLP against Order dated 6^th January, 2017 is within time.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 15969 of 2013 arising out of SLP (C)...CC No. 7467 of 2013 referred to as Listing Proforma was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 15^th April, 2013. (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 15^th April, 2013 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.)

It is also submitted that SLP (C) No. 21803 of 2014 referred to page no. "H" of Listing Proforma, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8^th August, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court directed issue of notice and granted stay. Now, the matter is fixed for 7^th April, 2017. (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 8^th August, 2014 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.)

The aforesaid application in the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
