The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06th

March, 2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the matter above-mentioned. Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counter-affidavit on behalf of sole Respondent (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper-books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble court).

It is further submitted that Mr. G. Prakash, advocate has on 01.04.2015 filed an application for intervention with Annexure P-1 to P-8 (Registered as IA No. 2) (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper-books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble court).

It is further submitted that Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate has on 16.11.2015 filed an application for intervention (Registered as I.A. No. 3)(Copy of the same has been included in the SLP's paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that Mr. G. Prakash, Advocate has on 07.12.2015 & 12.12.2015 filed two applications for Intervention with annexure P1 to P17 and P1 to P4 respectively, same are registered as I.A. Nos. 4 & 5 respectively (Copies of the same has been included in the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is furter submitted that Mr. Mohan Kumar, Advocate has on 25.1.2017 filed an application for impleadment alongwith Vakalatnama/Apearance to implead applicant as party respondent in the array of parties which is registered as I.A. No. 6 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is lastly submitted that Mr. C.K. Sasi, Advocate has on 5.4.2017 filed an application for intervention to intervene the applicant which is registered as I.A. No. 7 (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)
