It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. B.V. Balaram Das, Advocate on 22.5.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 7.11.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 24279 of 2013 barred by time by 106 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 15969 of 2013 @ CC No. 7467 of 2013 Entitled Union of India Versus Raj Pal referred to on Annexure P-6 and arising out of relied upon Judgment was dismissed on 15.4.2013 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice J. Chelameswar (Copy of order dated 15.4.2014 is annexed as Annexure P-6 at page nos. 173-174 in the paper books).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 22.5.2013. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 6.6.2014 stating therein that the said order is filed in SLP (C) No. 5969/2013 and these are bunch of matters and same are not to file with the SLP and has undertaken to produce the same at the time of hearing, if required by the Hon'ble Court and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
