UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Mr. G. Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the view expressed by the learned $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}{\text{S}}$ and $\mathbf{S}^{\text{max}}_{\text{S}}$ judgment dated 05.07.2021 in Writ Petition(C) No. 26717

of 2013 (Annexure-B to the application for early hearing) has been affirmed by the Division Bench. He prays for two weeks' time to place the judgment of the Division Bench on record. In other words, it would be a case of conflicting opinion of coordinate Bench in reference to the same provision.

List this matter after two weeks.
