UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Mr. G. of 2013 (Annexure-B to the application for early hearing) has been affirmed by the Division Bench. He prays for two weeks' time to place the judgment of the Division Bench on record. In other words, it would be a case of conflicting opinion of coordinate Bench in reference to the same provision.
