The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has already served the copy of the petition to the Ld. Counsel for the respondents. Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 9 and 10 has stated that he does not need to file the counter affidavit. This is taken on record.

It is submitted that Mr. A.P. Mayee and Mr. S. Palo, Advocates have filed

counteraffidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7 respectively.
