The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 27th

July, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent No.7 is at liberty to file the counter affidavit, if any within a period of four weeks. Mr. A. Selvin Raja, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. Anirudda P. Mayee, Advocate on Record and undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 within a weeks time. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Mr. Dev Mukherjee, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. C.S. Ashri, Advocate on Record and undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 9 and 10 within the course of the day. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks. In the meantime, the Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the complete set of pleadings to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 9 and 10 within a weeks' time and file proof.

In respect of the unserved respondents liberty is granted to the Ld.Counsel for the petitioner to serve through dasti notice within a period of four weeks and file proof of dasti.

Post the matter again on 7.10.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Sudhansu Palo, advocate for Respondent No. 7 has not filed counter affidavit.

It is submitted that Mr. A.P. Mayee, advocate has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that Mr. Chiraranjan Addy, advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 9 & 10 but not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that advocate for petitioner has not filed the proof of service to serve the copy of the pleadings to advocate for the Respondent Nos. 9 & 10.

It is further submitted that dasti show cause notice was issued on 30.07.2015 and advocate for petitioner has filed proof of dasti affidavit stated therein that personally served the notice to Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6 & 8 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is submitted that Mr. C.S. Ashri, advocate for petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that it is a public interest litigation matter and there can not be any valuation.

Service of show cause notice is complete through affidavit of service.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
