Mr. A. Selvin Raja, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. Anirudda P. Mayee, Advocate on Record and undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos.

Mr. Dev Mukherjee, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. C.S. Ashri, Advocate on Record and undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos. 9 and 10 within the course of the day. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks. In the meantime, the Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the complete set of pleadings to the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 9 and 10 within a weeks' time and file proof.

In respect of the unserved respondents liberty is granted to the Ld.Counsel for the petitioner to serve through dasti notice within a period of four weeks and file proof of dasti.

Post the matter again on 7.10.2015.
