The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th May, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Permission to file SLP is granted. Exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Issue notice. There shall be a stay of the operation of the impugned order of the High Court."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 17.6.2015 to all the common 10 respondents in (both the SLPs) through Registered A.D. post. Mr. A.P. Mayee and Mr. S. Palo, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7 respectively (Copies of the same have been included in the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Mr. Milind Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paperbook for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). Mr. Sibo Shankar Mishra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and has on 22.1.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 6 (Copies of the same have been included in the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

It is submitted that Mr. Chiraranjan Addy, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 9 & 10 but has not filed counteraffidavit so far. Respondent No. 8 has been served with notice but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 05th January, 2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 7 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 9 and 10 do not need not to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules."

It is submitted that Mr. C.S. Ashri, Advocate has on 31.03.2016 filed reply affiadavit to the counteraffidavit of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 6 and 7 with leave of Hon'ble Court (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paperbook for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
