27.01.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Delay condoned. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the finding of the High Court pertaining to the illegality as regards the lay off is unquestionable. However, submits he, the grant of full back wages is not permissible under the obtaining factual matrix. Issue notice. It is hereby made clear that the maintainability of the letters patent appeal before the High Court shall not be adverted to in these special leave petitions."

It is submitted that accordingly, notice was issued on 13.02.2015 to sole

respondent through registered AD post. Mr. A. P. Mayee, Advocate has entered

appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.
