UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner-Society had gone in liquidation and is unable to pay the entire back wages for the period of about twelve years, as ordered by the Labour Court as well as by the High Court.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an offer to pay 50% of the back wages for which he has also to seek necessary instructions.
