Respondent No. 2 is served at SLP stage but he has not chosen to enter appearance so far. Respondent No. 3 is represented through Ms. Rachana Srivastava, Advocate. Respondent no. 4 is represented through Mr. Kamlendra Mishra, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellants has filed statement of case but counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4 have not filed statement of case so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 1008 OF 2011

It is submitted that there are six respondents in the matter above mentioned. Respondent no. 1 is represented through Mr. Vivek Gupta, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are represented through Mr. J.K. Bhatia, Advocate. Respondent No. 6 has been served at SLP stage but he has not chosen to enter appearance so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant and respondent No. 1 has also not filed statement of cases so far. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 has filed statement of case only on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5.

It is submitted that there are seven respondents in the matter above mentioned. All the respondents have been served through the High Court but they have not chosen to enter appearance so far.
