UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Pursuant to our order dated 08.01.2016, the Office has submitted a report pointing out that nearly 234 cases involving identical questions of fact and law are pending in this Court. The report however does not state as to how many of those cases are ripe for final hearing. The Office shall therefore identify the cases that are ripe for hearing and list the same for final hearing on 09.02.2016 at top of the list.
