Accepting the reasons stated in IA Nos. 25-30/2013, delay in filing application for restoration is condoned, IA Nos. 19-24 applications for restoration are allowed and special leave petitions are restored to their original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- to be deposited with Supreme Court Legal Services Committee to be used for welfare of juveniles, within two weeks from today.
IA Nos. 31-35/2013 for deletion of proforma respondents are also allowed at the risk of the petitioners. They shall file amended cause title of the petitions within two weeks.
