This is an application by Shri Kumar and 19 others for their impleadment as party to the special leave petitions. Since the applicants were petitioners in connected writ petition which was disposed of by the High Court, we accept the prayer made in the application and, therefore, they are impleaded as party 2

respondents.

The amended cause-title be filed within two weeks.

List the main case in the last week of July, 2011 for final disposal as already directed.

It is made clear that all the actions taken by the parties during the pendency of the special leave petitions will remain subject to final adjudication of the matter by this Court.
