"List this group of mattes on August 6, 2013. The parties are permitted to file additional affidavit/response to the affidavit of Survey of India – respondent No. 7 dated April 16, 2013 within eight weeks from today."

Thereafter, I.A. No. 15(application for direction) in SLP No.14692/2011 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.11.2013 with an office report dated 18.11.2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :
''We are informed that the special leave petition is now fixed as per computer on January 7, 2014.
We direct that the special leave petition shall be listed on that day, i.e., January 7, 2014 positively high on board along with I.A. No. 15 of 2013.''
In view of the afore said Order, the matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Report.
