UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Issue notice, restricted to writ petitioner nos. 5

to 19, returnable in the month of November, 2022.

Dasti services, in addition, is permitted.

Notice has been issued in view of the observations

made in paragraphs 13 and 16 of the impugned judgment

which would require consideration.

In the meanwhile, there shall be a stay of the impugned judgment in respect of writ petitioner nos. 5 to 19.

However, it will be open to the writ petitioner nos. 5 to 19 to file an appropriate application before this Court in case the petitioners proceed with regular appointment.
