It is submitted that pursuant to above Order, Show Cause Notice was issued to all the 12 respondents through Registered A.D. on 28.11.2015.

It is further submitted that Vakalatanama/appearances have been filed on behalf of the following respondents:

It is next submitted that A.D. card duly signed has been received in respect of Respondent No. 6, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 6, so far.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the Show Cause Notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1-4 and 8-10.

Hence, service of notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1-4 and 8-10.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vishnu Sharma, Advocate has on 03.03.2016 filed Application for impleadment alongwith Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Fight for Animal Rights, India. The said application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 3 of 2016 and stands included in the Paper Books.

The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
