This is an appeal by Special Leave filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18th August, 2003 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in S.A No. 366 of 1991.
The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd November, 2007, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :-
"Leave granted.
Printing dispensed with. Appeal shall be heard on SLP paper books. Addl. documents, if any, shall be filed within six weeks. Original record shall be requisitioned."
It is submitted that there are five Respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. T.V George, Advocate , Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are represented by Mr Ananga Bhattacharyya, Advocate and Respondent No. 5 is represented by Dr.(Mrs) Vipin Gupta, Advocate

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the Appellant and Respondent No.1 to 4 have filed their statement of case. It is also submitted that Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32 (2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and its proviso, where a Respondent does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party does not desire to file statement of case.
The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
