Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.1 and 3, there is no appearance on their behalf.

However Ms. Sabarni Som, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Samar Vijay Singh, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for all the respondents.

She seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

After expiry of said period, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court.
