Permission to file SLP is granted. 1.

ENCYCERTICAL SQUARTICS On the applications seeking condonation of delay in filing the SLP and for setting aside abatement as well as on the SLP, Applications for substitution and setting aside abatement.

3. Liberty to serve the learned Standing Counsel for the State.

4. In the meantime, Structures, if any, existing on the subject property shall not be demolished nor the petitioners shall carry out any improvements or construction on the property.
