It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are 6 Respondents in this matter. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has on 15.02.2016 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 5 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.
