UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The office report indicates that the Learned counsel for the appellant has already filed the statement of case. Respondent has failed to file the statement of case within the period stipulated in the order dated 4.9.2015 of this Court. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
