The office report indicates that the Learned counsel for the appellant has already filed the statement of case. Respondent has failed to file the statement of case within the period stipulated in the order dated 4.9.2015 of this Court. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.

C.A. No. 3130/2015 Parties shall file the statement of case within the statutory period.

SLP(C) Nos. 13580-13581/2015 Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 seek and is given four weeks time, as last chance to file the counter affidavit.
