Registrar on 04.09.2015, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"Civil Appeal No.3129/2015

Ld. counsel for the appellant shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days and the Ld.counsel for the respondents shall file the same within a period of 35 days thereafter.

Civil Appeal Nos.3130/2015

The office report is that the certificate of service of notice has not been received as yet. A reminder shall be issued.

SLP(C) No.13580-81/2015

The respondent Nos. 4 & 5 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos.1-3 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.

List the matter again on 06.11.2015."

Civil Appeal Nos. 3129 AND 3130 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above counsel for the Appellant has on 08.10.2015 has filed statement of case in Civil Appeal No. 3129

of 2015 but counsel for the Respondent has not filed his statement of case so far.

It is further submitted that service is complete in both the appeals.

SLP (C) Nos. 13580-13581 of 2015

It is submitted that Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Advocate for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service upon unserved Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 3

SLP (C) No. 26438 of 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay is condoned. Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Tag this petition with Civil Appeal Nos. 8570-8571 of 2011. In the meanwhile, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it is obtaining today."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice as well as dasti was issued to sole Respondent on 19.09.2015 through Ms. Usha Nandini V., Advocate and she has also filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of sole Respondent but has not filed the counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
