"Mr. K.K.Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner makes an oral prayer for filing an amended special leave petition raising additional ground in support of the SLP. He may do the same within two weeks. Post after two weeks."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in view of the aforesaid order , Mr. A. Raghunath, Counsel for the petitioner instead of filing the amended special leave petition has on 05.08.2015 filed an application for filing urging additional grounds which is registered as I.A. No. 1 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court)

The matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 07.10.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matter on Friday, 16th October, 2015."
