This Special Leave Petition alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP has been filed by Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate on 04th August, 2015 against the Judgment and Orders dated 25.03.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 931 of 2012 which is barred by 32 days.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) Nos. 66226623 of 2011 entitled STATE OF KERALA & ORS. Vs. KUMARI VARMA arising out of relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.09.2011, when the Court granted leave and consequently the said SLP was registered as Civil Appeal No. 8570-8571 of 2011 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 30.09.2011 is annexed as Annexure P 11 placed at page No. 207 of the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 120 of 1986 entitled SRI BAGAWATI TEA ESTATES LTD. & ANR. ETC. ETC. Vs. GOVERNMENT OF INDIA & ORS. referred to as Annexure P-4 and same is dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 03.02.1995(Copy of the judgment dated 03.02.1995 is placed at page Nos. 114140 of the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The application alongwith matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
