It is submitted that there are four respondents. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 but counteraffidavit not filed so far. A.D. card has been received in respect of Respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that notice has been served on all the four respondents with proof of service. However counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation.

There are three respondents. Service of notice is complete in respect of Respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.
