This matter abovementioned has been filed by Mr. P.V. Dinesh, Advocate on 09th March, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.11.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.P.(C) No. 30930 of 2006 & W.P.(C) No. 15324 of 2009.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there was a delay of 14 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition. Therefore, counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the delay has been condoned by Additional Registrar (IB) on 27th April, 2015.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that in view of the defects raised by the Registry, Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 16th April, 2015 stating exhibits mentioned in the impugned judgment have been filed as Annexure P1 to P16 and exhibits are not necessary for the adjudication of the matter(Copy of Advocates letter dated 16th April, 2015 is placed at page no 534 of the SLP"s paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
