This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Ms. Usha Nandini, Advocate on 13th February, 2015 against the Judgment and Orders dated 17.11.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.P.(C) No. 1951 of 2010(T).

STATE OF KERALA AND ORS. arising out of common order was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 9.3.2015 , when the Court directed issue notice and the same is pending(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 9.3.2015 annexed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) Nos. 662223 of 2011 entitled STATE OF KERALA & ORS. Vs. KUMARI VARMA referred to as Annexure P7 was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 30.9.2011, when the Court granted the leave and the same has been registered as Civil Appeal Nos. 857071 of 2011 and the same is pending(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 30.9.2011 annexed as Annexure P7 placed at page No. 455 of the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
