UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay in filing application for substitution to bring on record Lrs of petitioner No.1, is condoned.

Application for substitution to bring on record Lrs of petitioner No.1 is allowed. Cause title be amended accordingly.

There is an inordinate delay of more than 10 years in filing application for substitution to bring on record Lrs of respondent No.6 and the same is rejected.

As a last opportunity, four weeks' time is granted to the counsel for the petitioner to take steps to serve unserved respondent No.4, failing which the name of the said respondent Image: 1 struck off from the array of parties at the risk of the $\mathbf{S}^{\text{Sipleg}}_{\mathbf{1424}}$
