The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

13.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"A letter has been circulated to the effect that the standing counsel for the State of Kerala has been changed. Accordingly, the State of Kerala would like to make an alternative arrangement.

The matters are adjourned for three weeks."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that standing counsel for the State of Kerala has not entered any appearance so far.

Civil Appeal Nos. 3130, 3129 of 2015 and 85708571 of 2011

It is submitted that service is complete in all the appeals.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Appellant in C.A. No. 3130 and 3129 of 2015 has filed statement of case which has already been included in the appeal paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court but counsel for the Respondent in both the Appeals have not filed statement of case so far.

Original record has been sent back to the concerned High Court in C.A. No. 8570-8571 of 2011.

It is further submitted that counsel for both the parties have not filed statement of case so far in C.A. No. 8570-8571 of 2011.

SLP (C) Nos. 6537, 6919-6920, 20241, 26438 and 4015-4016 of 2015

It is submitted that service of show cause notice is complete in all the SLPs.

SLP (C) Nos. 13580-13581 of 2015

It is submitted that there are five Respondents in the matters. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of all 5 Respondents and he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

Service of show cause notice is complete.

Civil Appeal No. 4464 of 2016

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Leave granted. To be heard along with C.A. Nos. 85708571 of 2011 and other connected matters. Statusquo as of today shall be maintained."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are two Respondents in the matter abovementioned and both the Respondents are represented through Mr. G. Prakash, Advocate.

It is further submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with Civil Appeal Nos. 85708571 of 2011 vide Hon'ble Court's Order dated 25.04.2016.
