"In pursuance of order dated 03.05.2016, learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken fresh steps for effecting service on unserved respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6 has not filed affidavit of valuation. He is granted two weeks time, as a last chance, for the same. Issue notice thereafter to the unserved respondents. List on 06.09.2016."

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in view of order qutoed above, Counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps for effecting service on unserved Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6 nor filed affidavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office report.
