It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that pursuant to Court's order dated 20.11.2015 notice was issued to all the 6 Respondents. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance as well as counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1. A.D. card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 5 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 so far.

It is further submitted that the Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affiadavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office report.
