On our query to the learned counsel for the appellant(s) that
whether the execution proceedings are still to conclude, keeping in mind our interim order dated 15.7.2020, learned counsel states that possession has still not been obtained. We find it difficult to appreciate the reason for the same and thus direct the executing Court to proceed forthwith and conclude the execution proceedings within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order keeping in mind the interim order already granted by us on 15.7.2020.
Order be sent forthwith to the executing Court.
