Bhupinder Kour (appellant in Civil Appeal No. 5164 of 2012), it is stated by Mr. Para Kuhad that they had shown their unwillingness to continue in service/for second extension and, accordingly, they were released from service.

As regards, Sqn. Ldr. Madhushree Das (applicant No. 4 in impleadment application being I.A. Nos. 1-5 of 2011), it is stated by him that she proceeded on premature released (PR) even before completion of first extension.

Let an affidavit by the Director, Ministry of Defence be filed in respect of the above within two weeks from today. List these interlocutory applications on August 23, 2013.
