Ld. Counsel for the respondent in SLP(C) No. 30425/2018 submits that his name has not been shown in the Cause List. Registry to update the database accordingly.

Sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 30197/2018 has already filed counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for the sole respondent submits that he is appearing for all the respondents in all the matters. He further submits that counter affidavit filed in this matter be treated in all the petitions and he does not want to file separate counter affidavit.

Keeping in view the above submission, the above-mentioned matters be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
