UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Special Leave Petitions.

Permission granted.

The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

In compliance of the order dated 28.04.2015, the petitioners had, on 22.05.2016, deposited Rs. 1,79,20,706/- (Rupees One Crore Seventy Nine Lakhs Twenty Thoushand Seven Hundred and Six only) along with interest of Rs. 86,51,298/- (Rupees Eighty Six Lakhs Fifty One thousand Two Hundred Ninety Eight only)totaling Rs. 2,65,72,004/- (Rupess Two Crores Sixty Five Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand and Four only). The same shall be refunded to the petitioners by the Registry along with interest that has accrued thereon.
