The parties are accordingly referred to the Mediation Centre in the Supreme Court with the direction that they shall appear before the said Centre on Monday, the 3 rd August, 2015 for a possible amicable settlement.

The Mediation Centre shall submit a report as to the progress made expeditiously but not later than two months from the date the parties appear before it.
The amount deposited by the petitioner shall be invested in a term deposit initially for a period of six months to enure interest for the benefit of the successful party.
