The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28th April, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Subject to the petitioner depositing the amount of Rs. 1,78,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and seventy eight lakhs only) representing the aggregate amount covered by cheques mentioned in the seven complaints filed against it plus interest @ 15% p.a. on the said amount calculated w.e.f. the date when the cheques were dishonoured in this court within four weeks from today, notice shall issue to the respondent returnable within four weeks.

Further proceedings in seven complaints in question shall in the meantime remain stayed pending further order from this Court."

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, Counsel for the Petitioner has deposited Rs.2,65,72,004/- (Two crore sixty five lakhs seventy two thousand four rupees only) (Including interest) with this Registry which is lying under non-interest bearing a/c.

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 6.7.2015 has been issued through registered post A.D. on 16.6.2015.

Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the show cause notice has been received back from all the Respondents.

Service of Show Cause Notice is incomplete.

Orders for investment in term deposit for appropriate period are solicited and the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
