UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Subject to the petitioner depositing the amount of Rs. <pre>%,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and seventy eight lakhs only)</pre> representing the aggregate amount covered by cheques mentioned in the seven complaints filed against it plus interest @ 15% p.a. on the said amount calculated w.e.f. the date when the cheques were dishonoured in this court within four weeks from today, notice shall issue to the respondent returnable within four weeks.

Further proceedings in seven complaints in question shall in the meantime remain stayed pending further orders from this Court.
