Ld.counsel for the respondent No.36 has filed the counter affidavit which is found to be defective. Four weeks time is given to cure these defects.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 19.03.2018 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos.30 & 51. As requested by Ld.counsel, dasti in addition is also permitted.

Mr.Samindra Kumar Tripathi,Advocate on behalf of Mr. C. K. Rai Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.16, 17, 18 & 19. He seeks and is given two week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. He has already filed vakalatnama for respondent No.16 as per office report.
