UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The office report indicates that the counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.36 is defective. Learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks, as last chance cure the defects whatever have been found in the said counter affidavit.
As per certificate of service received from the concerned High Court, respondent Nos. 30 and 31 could not be served due to "Addressee moved" and "insufficient address" respectively. Hence, learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.30 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of NLPA to him within the same period.
As far as respondent No.31 is concerned, Mr. Devender Kumar Saini, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos.31 and 38 to 41. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
Ms.Rashmi Singh, Ld. Counsel for the applicant shall file spare copies for issuance of notice in the I.A for impleadment within a period of two weeks, as last chance.
Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit.
List again on 16.3.2018.
