UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The respondent Nos.2,6, 7, 16 & 22 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No. 36 has already filed the counter affidavit which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.8, 10, 11, 29, 31, 50, 52, 54, 56 & 61 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Mr.P.Ramesh Kumar, Advocate accepted notice to appear for respondent No.1, but no vakalatnama has been filed. However, again Ld.counsel seeks time to file the same. In the interest of justice four weeks time as last and final opportunity is given to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Issue reminder to the concerned Court for certificate of service in respect of the other unserved respondents.

Ms.Rashmi Singh,Ld.counsel in the I.A. for Impleadment is directed to file the copies within two weeks for issuance of notice in terms of Order dated 14.02.2017 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber

List the matter again on 06.12.2017.
