UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos.30,33,40 and 59 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report, notice issued to respondent Nos.51 and 56 could not be served and returned back undelivered. Hence, learned counsel for appellant shall, within a period of four weeks', file fresh particulars of the said respondent and shall take requisite steps for the service of notice upon them. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.
