UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per dasti proof filed by the appellant, Respondent No. 40 and 59 have been served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf and Respondent Nos. 30, 33, 51 and 56 have not been served. However, on request of the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner fresh regres of these respondents may be taken within a period of two Weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted.
