The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st July, 2013 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Application seeking exemption from filing official translation is allowed. Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. The State of Uttar Pradesh will apprise this Court on the next date of hearing about the stage of trial."

Accordingly, Show Cause Notice returnable on 12.08.2013 was issued to the sole Respondent/State by Registered Post A.D. as well as notice was also issued to the Counsel for the Petitioner for effecting dasti service.

Service of Show cause Notice is awaited.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 18th July, 2013 filed proof of service after serving copy of Special Leave Petition on Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary, Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary, Advocate has not filed the Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of State of Uttar Pradesh so far.

The Applications in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
