"Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2, 5-7, 14 & 15 seek and are given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. List the matter again on 28.10.2015."

It is submitted that in pursuant of the aforesaid order, the counsel for the appearing parties have not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that M/s Guntur Prabhakar, Ramesh Babu MR, Venkat Palwai Associates & Abhishek Chaudhary, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4, 11, 17 & 18 respectively. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 3, 6 to 10, 12, 13, 16, 19 to 21 though served with notice.

Service of notice is complete.
