The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, status quo, as it exists today, with regard to the possession of the suit property, shall be maintained by the parties."

It is submitted that as directed above show cause notice to all the 25 respondents was issued on 18.08.2015 through registered AD. Mr. Anil Nag, Advocate has on 18.09.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1(a), 1(c), 1(d), 3, 4, 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), 6, 7, and 8. Unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent no. 10. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from Respondent Nos. 1(b), 9, 11 to 18, 19(a) and 19(c) to 19(f) so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 1(b) and Respondent No. 2 are found same as per SLP record. Respondent No. 19(b) one of the Lrs. of Respondent No. 19 since deceased represented by his Lrs. 19(c) to 19(f).

Service is not complete on 1(b), 9 to 18, 19(a) and 19(c) to 19(f).

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
