UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, who is handicapped today to argue the matter because of loss of his spectacles, prays for and is granted two weeks time. List the matter again on 6th February, 2024.

It is further informed that the petitioner no. 1 has since expired and his legal heirs are his widow and his three sons who are petitioner nos. 3 to 5, as such, no further steps need to be taken, the only action to be taken is to delete the name of petitioner no. 1.

The name of the petitioner no. 1 may be deleted and a note be made that his legal heirs are already on record as petitioners 2 to 5.

Amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks.
